Terry Butrym is the Liability Manager at PRISM and the former Placer County Liability Manager. His presentation that discusses the process used by Placer County Risk Management to close their homeless encampment and single camps in the community. He will discuss ways that they handled homeless campers, documentation, safety, court issues, time frames, and having a place for the homeless to go after closing.
